We are accustomed to having our very own Filipino coconut macaroons in cute, little sizes.  Macarro PH by Miss Keith is changing that with its 3oz cupcake size of chewy, delicious macaroons.
Founded by celebrity stylist Keith Angelo and his sister Kristina, operations for Macarro PH started during quarantine. “This pandemic that we are facing right now has motivated us to build a small enterprise, so we have a side hustle as we await to go back to our profession. But it has become a great business venture for us as we have truly received positive feedback from our loyal clientele”, Miss Keith herself said. She shared how it all started. “My sister baked macaroon cakes and cupcakes on her birthday. I tasted it and loved everything about it! Crisp and golden on the outside, and moist and chewy on the inside. They’re addictive! From there, a business idea was born and I told her, ‘Hey, let’s sell this’, and thank God she agreed.  That’s how Macarro PH was born”.
Of course, the duo knew their macaroons had to be unique. “What we usually see in bakeshops are bite-sized. So we thought of making bigger macaroons for a change.” Aside from the unusually bigger size, the duo thought of adding twists into the traditional Filipino macaroon recipe. “We are offering them in chocolate chip and almond flavors aside from the traditional ones. I researched online and found out that no one’s doing it yet. So we thought, that’s the best way to present the traditional macaroons in a lot more distinct way.”
Macarro PH by Miss Keith comes in three flavors. Classic Macarro is your basic Filipino style coconut macaroons that are soft, chewy and delicious.

Cioco Macarro has chocolate chips on top and of course, chocolatey in flavor in every bite, which has become the brand’s bestseller.
