If you’re looking for some sparkle to bring to the holidays, Sephora PH’s New In section has these radiant highlighters. If you’re like me who still loves a high shine glow like it’s 2016, these are great as they give it that 2023 update. The sparkles are multi-dimensional and makes you go “wow” everytime you apply it.
