Supermodel Gigi Hadid gave us a glimpse of her journey towards motherhood by posting a few stunning black-and-white maternity photos on Instagram. This is her first child with her boyfriend and former One Direction member Zayn Malik.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel captioned the first photo “growin an angel:)”. While the second photo is captioned “7.26.20” (probably the date when the photos were taken). And lastly in the third photo, the model thanked the team behind the photo shoot by mentioning their names. She also posted short behind-the-scenes video footage on her Instagram Stories.
This is not the first time Hadid has talked about her pregnancy, although the power couple stayed silent for a few months, as the model hid her baby bump of four months by wearing a really baggy jumpsuit.
It became one of the most talked-about rumors on the internet after TMZ released a report about the rumored pregnancy. During that week, her mother, Yolanda Hadid, finally confirmed it through a Dutch news program RTL Boulevard, a day prior Gigi Hadid appeared on the talk show ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ where she also confirmed the on-going rumors via video call.
The Dutch-Palestinian model mentioned that they wished they could’ve announced it on their own terms but they’re very much excited and happy for everyone’s well wishes and support. She also even considered it as a silver lining during this time. Gigi Hadid is expected to give birth this September.
