Drag Race Philippines: Brigiding’s Top 5 Looks

Manila, Philippines — Brigiding is the latest queen who sashayed away in the latest episode of Drag Race Philippines. With her fame in the Manila drag scene even before coming into the competition, Brigiding was touted by the judges and contestants alike as one of the top drag queens in the country.

Brigiding might have already booted out of the show, but she sure left some fashion looks that are surely for the books:

Top 5: Rock Star Barbie

After initially competing at the Miss Shutacca beauty pageant, the queens had to slay their runway segment for Episode 5 in pink ensembles. Brigiding toughened up her doll-like look as she styled her “100 yards of tulle” pink Carl Arcusa puffy dress with long leather gloves, knee-high leather boots and accessories in black.

Her overall look was inspired by both Barbie and rock music.

Top 4 Look: Queen Brigiding, ding ding

The ladies truly leashed out their inner divas they performed their fun dance hit “Pop Off, Ate!” for the first time at the Drag Race Philippines main stage. Flexbomb girl group leader Brigiding channeled her inner Beyonce with this stellar violet corset by New York-based designer Abraham David Levy.

This fierce number truly matched the fiery lyrics that she wrote for the song, “I am your queen,
Brigiding ding ding!”

Top 3 Look: Mindanao-Inspired Filipiniana

When the girls were tasked to showcase their Filipiniana looks for their runway in the premiere episode of the show, Brigiding chose a look that’s surely distinctive. The yellow and purple Edwin Uy couture she donned was inspired by the “many tribes of Mindanao” as she mentioned during her runway performance.

Brigiding also shared that her Filipiniana of choice is a homage to her mother.

Top 2 Look: Vintage Glamour

Episode 6 was one of the most nerve-wracking episodes of the show thus far, as it aired the first Snatch Game of the PH franchise, and two top queens Brigiding and Minty Fresh had to lip sync for their lives! Thank goodness it was a double shantay for the two!

Although the judges thought the “Ru-veal” of the skirt was a little too predictable, this feathery glam getup is still a stunner.

Top 1 Look: Pearl of the Orient

Brigiding was not kidding when she said she was showcasing her top model fantasy in this intricate creation by Filipino designer Patrick Isorena.

The “sexy golden goddess” ensemble is beaming with “white and pink pearls” with an “eleganza shell” indeed. It is giving some mermaid and burlesque queen vibes, with still a little touch of the Philippine identity.

“I’m showing the judges that the Pearl of the Orient is me,” Brigiding shared during her runway.
